Review: Great pen,this is literally the same as the more expensive pens out there and packs of replacement needles can be purchased separately to fit this pen.doesnt have as many speeds as the more expensive pens but goes up to 5 speed which is definitely fast enough to penetrate skin.Note the nano needles are not needles which I knew but some don’t realise,nano are good for more regular use to help with product absorption,buy other needle packs for deeper treatments to target deeper layers to approve skin,acne scarring etc etc
