Review: The balloon set comes with a straw to blow up the balloons and some ribbon to hang them up with. Very easy to blow up and this is coming from someone who can't blow up normal balloons. You put the straw through the opening, blow and then run your finger over to seal it. I blew them up the night before and they were perfect the following morning. I deflated them by putting straw back in and squeezing air out. Hopefully I can reuse them
