Review: This a fantastic dress/oversized shirt. It could pass as both. It has been manufactured to a great quality, it is made with a durable and breathable material making it perfect for summer, likewise it has a lot of coverage and with leggings or jeans would be fine all year round. it is quite heavy which is good for its durability, it will not rip easily. It has an amazing rugrats design, my partner is a big fan and 90's born so she loves this item. i definitely recommend, it is completely worth the value
