Review: Love this dress! Very light & floaty so perfect for summer outings. As you can tie the halter top, you can adjust where the neckline sits. The back bow round the waist can also be tied to whatever tightness suits you so it can help create a tighter or looser waistline. I wore this on a windy day and, although the dress moves about, it was never at risky of lifting and causing flashing.
