Can be worn both on and off the shoulders, however, I prefer how it looks, worn off the shoulder. The fluidity of this dress is dreamy! It’s a tad darker in person, which I actually preferred, as it complimented my complexion quite well! Fits true to size! You will be satisfied with this dress!
