Very easy to order and slightly higher delivery charge as coming from abroad. Very quick delivery, I was kept informed every step of the process and delivered to me via royal mail. They had been well packaged but the outer cover had a big split in and the box a rip which I presume had happened during transit. The trainers themselves were in perfect condition and I have one very happy niece who loves the colour and the sparkly laces. Excellent good
