Review: **Ode to Cheese** Oh, golden gift of curdled grace, Thy scent can light up any space. From cheddar sharp to brie so mild, Thou art both regal and beguiled. In wheels and wedges, blocks and spread, You crown the table, break the bread. A symphony of taste and hue, Each crumb a joy, each bite anew. Blue veins that swirl in noble mold, A tale of age, a treasure bold. Soft camembert with creamy heart, Or parmesan, a work of art. On crackers crisp or melted bliss, You turn each meal to sheer abyss— A plunge into indulgent glee, O cheese, what bliss you bring to me. So here I raise my fork and knife, To thee, dear cheese, thou joy of life. A savory muse, forever divine, My heart—and my stomach—will ever be thine.
