Review: Macbeth's downfall is similar to that of Lucifer from the Bible, in the fact that they both tried to overthrow their superior (God/Duncan) even though they were both respected by them, (also links with the great chain of being) I also used the quote at the beginning of the play where Macbeth is described as "brave Macbeth" by his captain and towards the end is described as "The devilish Macbeth" by Malcolm. showing his change t
