Review: The white pair fit great but the striped pair are too small. I'm in-between a size 14 and 16 and the XL is a bit snug. I have quite wide hips but a small waist, but the white pair fit fine. On the striped pair, the zip does go up, but if I sat down it would most definitely pop open. There is variation in fabric and sizes between the two pairs. I suggest you size up as the waist is elasticated so it wouldn't be baggy if they were too big.
