Review: I’ve been using this for a little over two months now, and honestly, my feelings are pretty mixed. It’s one of those things that sounded perfect in theory — something I didn’t know I needed until I tried it — but the reality has been a bit more complicated. I can see why people love it, and I can see why some don’t. It’s not bad by any means, but it’s not quite the life-changing experience the advertising (and friends’ enthusiasm) made me expect either. First off, it does work — at least to some degree. I noticed small changes within the first week, nothing dramatic but enough to make me think, “Okay, maybe there’s something here.” It fit neatly into my routine, though at times I found myself wondering if I was adjusting to it or just convincing myself that I was.
