Review: These pants fit great and the ruffle at the top is so cute. They are cute both with and without the little belt. If they are too long you can just roll the bottoms up! My top is also off of this website.

Review: my waist is a 29 but my hips are a 42 and i got a small waist but bigger hips so I got a small and it fit fine but I would definitely get a medium if you have a wider buty but a smaller waist the pants are super super cute though
