Review: Neat, it's actually quite usable and natural on the brows, even though it has a larger tip, however not all strokes are equally thin, but it's not a problem, maybe even a feature, looks like creating a shadow under the fine strokes, color is perfect, indeed cool toned, applies easily and absolutely does not smudge. There is a light cooling sensation, but even my sensitive skin handled it well. As for the hairline, not so sure, it's great as a filler effect underneath hair, but needs skill to define or fully replace a hairline with it. Overall pretty nice product, especially because it does not move or smudge, not even a little bit, fully dry right after application.
