Review: Lovely consistency but be mindful of blending it on lids because it can come on a bit thick. Great if you have dark circles or hyperpigmentation on lids (I don’t have but a friend I used it on did) great base for bright colors and keeps ur lids from getting stained. The color pops with this primer!
