Apply the PERM lotion to the eyelash and then cover it with plastic wrap for about 8-12 minutes or longer, depending on the lash. Wipe it off with a cotton ball. 6. Apply the FIXATION lotion to the eyelash and then cover it with plastic wrap for about 8-12 minutes or longer, depending on the lash. 7. Wipe off all residue and then use the NUTRITION lotion to nourish the eyelashes.
