Review: The sleeves and neckline have elastic throughout but are impossible to line with bra straps and exposing them. This is strange since it's clearly designed for large chests that was puckering on the top. Probably made for hourglass people since my segmented belly/rib flare ruined the silhoutte. Fabric is not scrathy and cool for summer wear. Ribbon on chest is purely ornamental.
