*DEFINITELY DON'T GO DOWN A SIZE!!*
It's hard enough to put on at your correct size, but well worth the effort! I zip mine up a little first, step into it and wiggle it on up. Then I pull on it for dear life to get the zip fastened - the straps are a breeze after that though 😂
I use it for abdominal compression to help with a chronic illness, it's comfortable enough to wear and sit in and doesn't roll up or down. Best one I've ever tried, I'd definitely recommend it.
