Review: super soft,has a cotton lining which i really appreciate as i wear panty liners on a daily basis (for hygiene purposes).Didnt really measure but i got the smallest as im really petite w a super small waistline and hip size lol.Fits me so comfortably just nice without being too tight or loose!
