Review: Very nice fabric and the width of the cuff is perfect. I can pull the sleeves without having to open the buttons. The buttons are also hidden which makes it look more expensive. AND it comes with the necklace in the picture, which was a surprise. You have to hook it to the loops in the neck of the shirt so it looks like a necklace
