Review: Super high waist and holds you in. Shapes you,100% recommend my waist is 65 cm and I got an S and my hips are wider and it fits perfectly. I have a long torso and it goes a little over my waist so if you have a short one it could go up to your ribs but I guess you’d have that problem with most high waisted leggings
