Possible Problems and Solutions During Use: When the headset cannot connect to the device: ① Check the Bluetooth settings. Make sure the headset is powered on and the device's Bluetooth is enabled. Confirm the correct model is selected. ② If the headset is not connected for a long time (about 5 minutes), it may shut down automatically. Try placing the earphones back in the case, close the lid, then reopen and reconnect. When one earbud cannot connect: ① Long press the earbud with no sound until you hear a "du" sound - this indicates a successful connection. ② Put both earbuds back into the charging case, turn off your device's Bluetooth, then try reconnecting. ③ Delete the paired device record from your Bluetooth list, then reconnect the earphones as a new device. Sound leakage from the headset: ① Wear the earbuds tightly in your ears to ensure a proper fit. ② If the volume is too high, try turning it down. Short battery life: The headset battery may be low. Place the earbuds back into the charging case with sufficient power. Charge until the case indicator light turns off - this means the earbuds are fully charged.
