Review: The projector itself works well, and the picture quality and colors are very good. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
After connecting it to Wi-Fi, I discovered that the pre-installed YouTube and Netflix apps do not work and display a message saying they are not supported. It makes no sense to advertise these apps as installed if they cannot actually be used.
I also tried screen mirroring from my phone, but the projector never appeared, even though both devices were connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
To use streaming services, I now need to buy an HDMI cable or an Amazon Fire Stick, which completely defeats the purpose of purchasing a smart projector. This should be clearly stated in the product description because it is very misleading.
I would not have bought this projector if I had known that the advertised smart features were not functional.
