Review: I got this to go underneath an Oktoberfest outfit. Is lovely, has ties from top to bottom on the front to make it ruched you can loosen/tighten as you prefer. Bottom of top is elasticated and site just beneath the bra line. Lovely sleeves that aren’t tight at all
