All Bikers Stone products are new, unused, and shipped in the factory packaging. Most items ship double boxed so that you can be assured your shipment will arrive in the condition you expect. International Orders: Shipment will be made within 1-3 business days from payment date via Priority International or First Class. Priority: Delivery ranges from 1-3 weeks, depending on location. But may take longer to certain countries. First Class: Delivery ranges from 2 to 6 weeks and does not provide tracking information. Some countries will take up to 8 weeks. International shipping costs do not include brokerage,taxes,VAT,customs fees, or any other charges made by the destination country, verify your country's import guidelines before placing your order. We are unable to modify customs documents in any way. Combined Orders: Orders will combine based on total weight - shipping cost will adjust accordingly. Return & Warranty Policy The following policies apply to orders only. By returning an item to Bikers Stone, you agree to the following terms: A RMA number is not necessary to return an item. However, return shipments must meet the criteria listed below. Returns must be made within 30 days of shipment from our warehouse. A 20% Restocking fee will be charged on all returns. This fee covers the original costs to ship the package to the customer and fees that were assessed to the seller. Returns received by Bikers Stone that do not meet the criteria will not be processed. Return Conditions: Hard Parts: Items must be in new condition, no returns are accepted on used or installed items. If the products show any signs of installation, we cannot accept the return. Item must be in original packaging Apparel: All helmets and apparel must include original bag and box, attached tags and all accessories included with the packaging. Use our shipping packaging to ship back the item, do not use the original manufacturer's box. International Returns: Shipping, Brokerage, Customs Duties, or any other charges other than the product price are not refundable. All costs of shipping the package back to us must be pre-paid by shipper. Non-Returnable Items: Electrical components such as Stators, Regulators, and CDI. Due the nature of electrical components, returns are not accepted for these items. However, most electrical components carry a 1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty. CDIs do not carry a warranty.
