Review: I am absolutely shocked and disgusted by what I received. I ordered two wedding dresses in different sizes because I wanted to find the perfect fit for my wedding. When I opened the package with this dress, I honestly could not believe what I was seeing. This dress was NOT in new condition. It was covered in stains, had hairs all over it and smelled strongly of perfume. It was completely obvious that it had already been worn and then returned by another customer. And apparently, nobody at SHEIN even bothered to inspect it before sending it to me. How is it acceptable to send a wedding dress to another customer in such a condition?!🤬🤬🤬 This was supposed to be a beautiful and special moment for me — opening and trying on my wedding dress. Instead, I was shocked, upset and honestly disgusted. I paid for a NEW dress, not somebody else's dirty, worn and returned dress. I understand that items can be returned. But returned clothing MUST be properly inspected...Extremely disappointing...
