Review: Totally IN LOVE with this skirt! I purchased it as part of my Halloween costume and I didn't want to take it off. Amazing soft fabric with nice detail touches. It has a thin lace at the bottom which is really cute. I also loved the "buttons". I also really liked the label and kept it as a souvenir 😋
