Review: 4 eggs,200gr sugar,200gr flour 0000-T45, baking soda (small spoon). Mix the eggs with the sugar until foamed (letter dot). Add 2-3 times the flour with the powder until baked (sift it), and stirring with a spatula with enveloping movements so that it doesn’t go down, butter the mold and cook in a previously preheated oven at 170 degrees for 35-40 min……… this is my recipe , and the mold is perfect , not so big but is perfect
