Review: Bought it for my mother as an early Christmas present so she could do some easy work out because she broke her forearm last January. Basically you get six different things to work with and a bag where you can store it and carry around. I checked every piece of equipment myself. It's a great thing for beginners. Also very versatile so you won't get bored easily.
