Review: Be careful when returning items to Shein. It used to be a great platform, but now it feels like they’re just stealing money. I recently returned a few items, and two were flagged by the quality check team as "damaged." Because of this, they deducted £7.50 from my refund—even though the items were immaculate when I sent them back. It feels like the quality check team just wanted to keep the items for themselves at my expense. Be aware: this feels like a total scam.
