Review: Is this some kind of joke? Sending fragile glass jars in inadequate packaging (just a box and a bag) is completely irresponsible. The items arrived shattered into small pieces, making them unusable. This clearly fails to meet basic standards for safe delivery and is a breach of consumer rights under UK law, as goods must arrive in satisfactory condition. I expect a full refund or an immediate replacement at no extra cost. If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the issue further. Please respond as soon as possible.
