Problems and Settlement: 1: Problem: The water follow is too violent which makes the water spattering Settlement: Switch "-" bottom on the pump or change another adaptor which with lower output (5V 1A was suggested) 2: Problem: The water follow is too week or even no water rise up Settlement: Switch "+" bottom on the pump to make more water follow comes or change another adaptor which with higher output (5V 1A was suggested) 3, Problem: Missing Parts: Settlement: Check the box carefully as we factory doubled check all the accessories before shipping. For some parts are packed separately. For plastic tubes for some other small parts please check around the products as some parts are assembled which is little different from user manual. 4, Problem: The products get bent or out of posture. Settlement: Please adjust the iron or plastic parts gently to regain the style as picture shows.
