Review: I contacted you a while ago because my son’s birthday was coming up, and you told me that the items would arrive between the 19th and the 26th. However, you delivered them on the last day, the 26th, when I no longer needed them because my son’s birthday had already passed. I contacted you on the 21st to inform you that the birthday celebration was over, and I requested a refund. However, you have not returned my money to my card. Instead, you only sent me this box with the cake decorations, which I no longer need. I don’t understand why you have kept my money and sent me these items after the occasion had already passed. I am very disappointed with this service. I do not want anything else from you. I simply want my money refunded to my card as soon as possible. Nothing more.
