Review: Hello. I ordered 5 items. The product title says "12 pcs thick plush interlocking carpet tiles", so I expected each item to contain 12 tiles. Instead, I received only 5 individual tiles in total. The product description is misleading and the item does not match what was advertised. I would like a refund. Thank you.
