Review: The lashes unfortunately arrived in poor condition and do not look usable. Several of the clusters are visibly bent, crushed, and tangled within the packaging, with uneven spacing and distorted fans that make proper application difficult. The bases appear messy and some sections look flattened, which affects both the overall appearance and wearability. The curl is inconsistent across rows, and the bottom strips in particular seem misshapen. Overall, the product does not look professionally packed or quality-checked before shipping. I reached out to SHEIN regarding the condition of the lashes, but their response was dismissive and focused only on return policy rather than addressing the damage itself. As a customer, it is frustrating to receive an item in this condition and feel that the concern is not being taken seriously.
